Hawaii Boaters Required to
Complete Boating Education
The State of Hawaii’s Department of Land and Natural Resources is reminding all Hawaii boaters that they must complete the required boating safety courses within the 2014 year. According to the Administrative Rule Chapter 13-244 signed by Hawaii’s governor, Neil Abercrombie, all boaters must complete the safety courses by the end of 2014 in order to avoid penalties from the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
