One-Skillet Fish Dinner

Place a meaty white-fleshed fish (like cod or monkfish) in a apan on top of cherry tomatoes, onion, artichokes hearts, pitted olives (like Kalamata), caper berries, and lemon slices.

Pour in a little white wine and olive oil.  Put the pan on the grill and cook until the juices begin to bubble, making sure the fish is cooked thoroughly. once the dish is ready you can service it right from the pan. Serve with some crunchy sour dough bread to soak up the delicious sauce!
